[A flu...that's worse than the simple cold he'd recovered from before, but perhaps that just never fully went away in the first place. Vash knows that Ain can develop pneumonia if he isn't careful, so they're lucky they got here when they did. He just has to trust in the medics here, and trust that they know what they're doing in regards to Ain's care. Honestly, the fact he's actually laying still and resting will probably do half of the work on its own.
