[This isn't the first time d-32 has borne witness to some kind of outage. It's very rare these happen, and when they do the staff is usually on top of things quickly enough that it doesn't matter to him one way or the other. They either get everything back online within seconds, or he's sedated immediately until the problem is resolved so there's no risk of him trying anything. Not that he would. Any will to fight was beaten out of him a long time ago, though one wonders how intimately he even knows how to control the new parts his body has been..."blessed" with. He can't even remember what he looked like before, or what real skin felt like, so maybe it doesn't matter either way.
